Our team members reward ourselves with relaxation instead of soothing with food. We really appreciate the support of our friends and family on our weight loss journey.

Our team enjoys a variety of activities to keep us moving including jogging, weightlifting, playing sports, skiing, snowboarding, bowling, swimming, hiking, Zumba, Insanity workouts, using the elliptical, and more. We like to make exercise fun and enjoyable. These are some of the things that have helped us with our success. 2 (6 oz each) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
3/4 cup red onion, diced
1 medium red bell pepper, diced
1 medium orange bell pepper, diced
1 medium yellow bell pepper, diced
4 oz baby Portobello mushrooms, cubed
2 tablespoons water
1 medium tomato, diced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 (4oz can) diced green chilies
1 garlic clove minced
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon ground sage
freshly ground pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon ground oregano

2 or 3 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 cup fat free 100% natural chicken broth
1 cup Hunt’s natural no salt added tomato sauce
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon sage
1 dash garlic powder
1/2 cup green onions, diced
1 or 2 jalapenos, diced (optional)
1 cup Kraft shredded fat free cheddar cheese
1/2 cup diced tomato for garnish
fresh cilantro for garnish
non-stick spray

16 oz. can tomato sauce
12 La Tortilla Factory High Fiber Tortillas
12 Tbs. Fat Free Sour Cream
1/4 Cup chopped green onion

1 Tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 (14 1/2 ounce) can no salt added diced tomatoes

6 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1/4 all purpose flour
2 cups low sodium beef broth
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
3 Tablespoons chili powder
2 teaspoons cumin
1 teaspoon ground sage
1 dash garlic powder
8 small, no sodium corn tortillas
1 (8 oz.) bag reduced fat Mexican blend cheese
