Mini Challenge #5—Best Alternative Ways To Soothe Photo
Winners: Gutz and Butz!
Hey Everyone! After a long day at work, or on the treadmill, Gutz and Butz like to relax by playing a game we call…. ”What Would You Do With……” We pretend that we have won some of the prize money in the weight-loss contest and wonder what we would do with it. It relaxes us and helps alleviate the pain. This game also keeps us focused on the task at hand. For everyone who has voted for Gutz and Butz, WE THANK YOU; and for those that vote for us in the future, WE COULDN’T DO IT WITHOUT YOU!!
Runners-Up: The Fat Five
The Fat Five are victims of emotional eating at times. When those emotions run high, and all we want to do is run to the nearest dark movie theater to stuff our faces with popcorn/candy/soda/nachos/candy/candy/candy/ and hot dogs… now, we go for a walk or run instead! AND, we’ve also discovered that if you go for a long enough walk, by the time you get back it will be dinner time! Happy losing everyone! VOTE FOR US!
Mini Challenge #4: Fitness—Team Exercise Photo/Video
Winners: Gutz & Butz
Gutz and Butz “tread” getting up in the morning, but we do it! We seem to have more energy in the morning and once the exercise is over we feel better. The treadmill allows different levels of difficulty and it never rains on the treadmill! So for our “Gutz and Butz” there are NO MORE EXCUSES!!!!! THANKS FOR YOUR VOTES, THEY ARE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!!!

Hey Everyone! This is one of our groups favorite meals. It consists of a piece of grilled salmon (4oz), 1 1/2 cups of fresh green beans and 1 cup of brown long grain rice. The salmon is a great source of protien and omega 3’s. The green beans are a good source of fiber and the brown rice provides carbs for energy. The whole meal contains around 550 calories. BON APPETIT!!…….AND THANKS FOR YOUR VOTES!!!
