1.5T Basil
1.5T Oregano
2 cloves Garlic, crushed
10T (1 can) Tomato Paste (Hunt’s no salt)
2 links Hot Italian Chicken Sausage (Sprout’s)
½ lb Ground turkey (99/1)
3.5c Mushroom (crimini/baby bella), chopped
½ c Onion, chopped
1t Fennel seeds
If you don’t want to roast tomatoes, you can use 28oz can crushed tomatoes, 1 can tomato sauce, and 1 additional can tomato paste 
(adds 30 calories, 1.4g fiber, 1.2g protein, and 220mg sodium per serving)

16oz Ricotta cheese, fat free (Calabro) 
¾ c Mozzarella cheese, fat free
¾ c Parmesan, reduced fat (Kraft shredded)
2T Parsley, flat leaf Italian
All dairy items above can be replaced with one pkg of firm tofu (liquids removed by pressing) and one 8oz pkg of mozzarella almond cheese. Our HealthyWage team didn’t believe it was dairy free!
(adds 19 calories, 1g carbs, 1.5g fat, 1g fiber, -10mg sodium, -1g sugar per serving)

1t Black pepper, fresh ground

1 Medium Onion
4 Cloves of Garlic
½ green pepper
½ yellow pepper
½ red pepper
8 oz of Mushrooms
3 whole yellow squash
1 can of whole Tomatoes
½ cup white wine
¼ cups of Parsley
½ Chopped Fresh Spinach Freshly ground black pepper
½ tps of re pepper flakes
30 oz of Ricotta Cheese
½ cups Low Fat Grated Parmesan
¼ tps of salt
1 lb of thin slices of low fat Mozzarella

2 portabella mushrooms, sliced in strips
2 cups crushed tomatoes
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
2 Tbsp. fat-free liquid egg substitute
1 cup fat free ricotta cheese
1 Tbsp. fresh basil
dash of ground nutmeg
1 cup soy crumbles like Boca Burger, thawed.
1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1 Tbsp. reduced fat parmesan cheese grated topping
