The truth about the “busy” excuse is that it’s deeply rooted in the belief that changes have to be huge to count, when in reality every tiny effort adds up.

    Great reminder that the small changes matter. Just completed 4614 steps on my morning dog walk. It’s only 7:48 am so 10k will be no problem even though I’m working all day.
